Arrival

All Teams will be transferred from Grantley Adams International Airport to teams respective hotels on whichever day they arrive.

Sunday 7th May

Team Managers meeting

Parade of Nations and Welcome Party
“A True Barbadian Cricket Welcome”

Teams will gather at Kenbsington Cricket Oval for a street parade of approximately 1.2 kilometres that will return to the iconic Kensington Oval where teams will enjoy the Welcome Party on the outfield and in the precinct of one of the Worlds Great Cricket Grounds.

Monday 8th May

MATCH DAY
Teams transferred to grounds for 1st round of Festival cricket matches. Return transfers to team hotels at conclusion.

Tuesday 9th May

PICNIC DAY

Teams transferred to the Picnic Day at Habour Lights, Beach Extravanganza, Bridgetown.

Evening free – Festival Headquarters bar(s) open. Check out the restaurants for dinner at some of Barbados’ finest eating spots.

Wednesday 10th May

MATCH DAY
Teams transferred to grounds for 2nd round of Festival cricket matches. Teams transferred to central clubs for after match hosting. Return transfers to team hotel at conclusion.

Thursday 11th May

LEISURE DAY
Some optional excursions are a luncheon cruise aboard the Tiami Catamaran Cruises/Jolly Roger or an Island Tour (with lunch), a tour of the Legends Museum, a tour of Kensington Oval, a visit to the Mt Gay Visitors’Centre or a trip to Crane Beach – NOTE: these excursions are not included in the Festival package.

Evening free – Festival Headquarters bar(s) open.

Friday 12th May

MATCH DAY
Teams transferred to grounds for 3rd and final round of Festival cricket matches. Teams transferred to central clubs for after match hosting. Return transfers to team hotel at conclusion.

Saturday 13th May

FAREWELL FUNCTION
Day at leisure – Guests may wish to book tours, activities or relax at the beach or pool.

Late afternoon teams will transfer to Lloyd Eskine Sandiford Centre for the Finale Awards Dinner.

Sit-down banquet dinner (or Bajan Table buffet), open bar, music by the one of the island’s finest top bands, with local floor and cabaret show performances by some of Barbados’ finest.

Sunday 14th May

Day at leisure – Guests may wish to book tours, activities or relax at the beach or pool.

Return transfers provided to the airport for homeward bound flights.
